Hey! what/where can i find the differences between the open-source vacuum on delta tables and the databricks vacuum?

they are the same afaik.. ‘VACUUM’ Is a feature of Delta, not of Databricks

I know that optimize in Databricks scanning only partitions that hasn't been optimized yet(while the open source scan all of them always) I thought maybe there is something similar here too
