It feels like DAT has grown up and is now ready to graduate from delta-incubator/dat to delta-io/dat. What does the community think about this suggestion?

I think the milestone I’d like to achieve is having two independent connectors using it in CI. So delta-rs and one other (Flink?). Does that sound reasonable?

Yep, sounds reasonable to me. Let’s just try to work out the timing for the other connector. deltadask or deltaray could also count as the second perhaps.
