With delta.rs on 0.10.0 - should we update delta.rs python bindings?

we are in the process of closing several PRs right now, but yes, we should cut a release very soon.

Z ORDER is the killer Delta Lake feature for the pandas community. I am so excited about this! I already have the dataset & query that demonstrates the massive performance benefits it provides.

can delta-rs reads are considering z-ordered columns for faster reads , sorry to deviate this thread but since z-order is being dicussed here so thought of asking
