@Ian Joiner @rtyler - i think something went wrong with the changelog for 0.11. i.e. it seems to contain things that were previously released.

@Robert No there aren't any duplicates in the changelog for 0.11. We can search the issue/PR number of every listed one in the source code of
CHANGELOG.mdr

05/14/2023, 9:20 PM@Robert Well we do actually have an issue here. Python releases do not actually have CHANGELOG updated at all. Iām going to start doing CHANGELOG for Python releases as well.
