@Ian Joiner @rtyler - i think something went wrong with the changelog for 0.11. i.e. it seems to contain things that were previously released.

@Robert Oh I will take a look. I filtered issues and PRs by last updated date and only look at Rust issues with PRs attached & PRs since the last Rust release.
@Robert No there aren't any duplicates in the changelog for 0.11. We can search the issue/PR number of every listed one in the source code of
CHANGELOG.md
and there should be exactly two entries one of which is the URL and the other the linked text.

@Robert Ah you mean the Python release. Yes. We need a way to cleanly differentiate Rust PRs from Python ones.

@Robert Well we do actually have an issue here. Python releases do not actually have CHANGELOG updated at all. I’m going to start doing CHANGELOG for Python releases as well.
