Hi All, We are trying to read data on Power BI from delta tables stored in our systems using delta-sharing server- We are using open source delta lake to create & access delta-tables. Is it possible to create "Share" object from data provider side on non-databricks version. TIA.

The delta sharing reference implementation uses a fixed yaml config file for shares. No way to add shares easily. I know there was a other implementation called riverbank that had a database for easier share configuration. I just saw a message mentioning the delta-sharing-rs variant. I don’t know if it has functionality to add shares

The both riverbank and delta-sharing-rs supports administration functionality. There are no GUIs though, but you can create shares via REST APIs.
