Hello people, we recently shifted to delta catalog. We are using delta connector to query on trino. We enable the property where queries without partition will be killed if partition exists for the table. but we are not able to achieve this. This property works fine with hive connector. Queries without partitions are getting killed but with delta connector this is the issue. Is it able to achieve this via delta connector at all. If you have achieved it please guide us. Thanks 🙏

Since partitions work a bit different under the hood for delta Vs hive there might be some difference in behaviour. I use the Trino delta connector extensively but not tried this. There is a slack Trino Community that probably know this, starburst manages that delta connector in Trino.
