Are there delta table properties missing here? For example,

delta.autoOptimize.autoCompact

The challenge is some are Databricks Runtime specific features that are not part of open source currently, like autoOptimize. If they are not documented at the link referenced, then they are probably Databricks product-specific.

I had a similar conversation with @Gilad Asulin today: Support for both Auto Compaction and Optimized Writes seems to still be a WIP (see https://github.com/delta-io/delta/pull/1156 and https://github.com/delta-io/delta/pull/1198)
