Can I use Delta Lake as a destination (connector) on AirByte? I'd like to use Delta Lake without Databricks. How do I do it? Any tutorial would be really helpful.

We don’t have a native connector for AirByte right now. The easiest (non-managed) way that I can think of requires setting up Kafka as a destination for AirByte, and then setting up a Spark cluster that pulls from Kafka and writes to Delta.
