Hi all, I have a question regarding Databricks and Google BigQuery connectivity via Delta Sharing, how is this possible? I can only find docs and guides around using a databricks notebook for writing to a bigquery table but is there an actual Delta Sharing connector in BigQuery? For example, after creating a share and registering a recipient, how is the data consumed by a BigQuery table?

Delta sharing is a set of REST APIs… so you just consume that. If Google have wrapped that in a connector than kudos to them

I doo know BigTable released support to query Delta Lake tables that are configured to generate Manifest files. See https://delta-users.slack.com/archives/CJ70UCSHM/p1691436974428129 just a couple posts above. However, that is not using Delta Sharing. Also, it is really not a great way to consume Delta tables IMHO.
